Just saw this. 1. Indirect Uplisting = Value Creation

Telvantis is moving its most valuable asset (TVS) into a company that’s trying to uplist.

This is an indirect uplisting strategy: RDAR doesn’t uplist itself, but gets exposure to a Nasdaq-listed entity (FCCN).

If FCCN uplists successfully, and its share price rises, RDAR’s stake in FCCN could become quite valuable.

That value could eventually flow back to RDAR shareholders (see next points).

2. RDAR Keeps Control of TVS

Telvantis retains operational control of the asset it sold — it’s like selling your house to someone, but you still live in and manage it.

So RDAR doesn’t lose the business operations or revenue — it just restructured it under a different legal/ownership umbrella.

This can help unlock value without sacrificing future upside.

3. RDAR Shareholders Own a Piece of FCCN

RDAR receives FCCN shares, which become an asset on RDAR’s balance sheet.

Those shares can:

Be held for long-term upside

Be sold for cash later

Possibly be distributed to RDAR shareholders as a dividend (speculative, but possible)

If FCCN uplists and performs well, this could significantly increase RDAR's asset value per share.

4. No Reverse Split / Minimal Dilution (as of now)

Telvantis has stated no reverse split is currently planned.

That means existing RDAR shareholders may maintain their proportional ownership and benefit from any upside created by the FCCN transaction.

⚠️ BUT — There Are Risks

This is a strategic gamble, and there are real risks:

❗ FCCN may not successfully uplist

If FCCN fails to uplist or trades poorly post-uplisting, the FCCN shares that RDAR receives may not be worth much.

The perceived “value unlock” won’t materialize, and RDAR shareholders will hold shares in a speculative OTC entity.

❗ RDAR may not pass value to shareholders directly

If RDAR management just holds FCCN shares indefinitely without monetizing or distributing them, shareholders may not feel the benefit directly.
