It was not pre-specified. The paper clearly states identified by GWAS. i.e post-hoc

within prespecified SIGMAR1 (ABCLEAR1) and GWAS identified COL24A1 (ABCLEAR2) and SIGMAR1/COL24A1 (ABCLEAR3) non-missense gene populations.

This will be great to help design the needed P3 and increases the likelihood that the next study will positive. Would have been nice to already have that study up and running.

I am still 5% for MAA approval (of any sort) based on current application (2025 or early 2026) but this increases possibility of next P3 being enough to garner approval in the future
