One of the ironies out of all this, is that Apple in 2010 locked up the CE IP and brand for $20million, with no immediate need to use it, but certainly to keep it out of the hands of competitors, especially Samsung. Now it seems that Samsung and Apple have to share their IP in order to develop a market for foldables, that is large enough to sustain the effort. Cheez. Who knew that was coming.
