It shows the graphs for ABCLEAR3 for ADAS-Cog13, ADCS-ADL, CDR-SB and Whole Brain Grey Matter for the 30mg arm at 48 weeks. The n for the 30 mg ABCLEAR group begins at 79 which, if the 338 n combined dosed arms divided equally, represents ~47 percent of the population.

We have the 84.7 percent reduction in decline over 48 weeks graph.
We also have:
The new 53.2 percent reduction in decline graph for the ADL results (p<.01)
The new 75.2 percent reduction in decline graph for CDR-SB results (p <.0001)
The new 73.1 percent slowing in decline graph for Whole Brain Grey Matter (p = .0012)

The first three graphs show data at 12 week increments. None of these shows effects at 12 weeks. It appears it take a little time for the drug's effect to kick in and/or the results are transiently influenced by the titration issues.
