No need for much "homework" on this. A few quick peek was enough for me. Carry on. I was correct however, you were pumping this at a dime when the company has been pricing it at $0.01 for months. If you are so informed, maybe let your fellow board members here in on the imminent decline rather than promoting the share sales. 😉 Looks like I have done more to inform about the potential dilution than you have after only a few minutes of reading the latest filing. 😆
