Can't call a bottom on a stock with a restricted count of nearly 220 million shares and a slew of restricted reg D offering issuances at $0.01. It isn't likely than any of those holding those shares will become millionaires. 😆 The company priced their stock at $0.01 and people ran this up to $0.10 in March? 🙄 Not much of a wonder to see the stock tank in mid May considering that 1,135,241 restricted shares were issued November 16, 2024 priced at $0.05 and should have vested about that time. That person was lucky that the stock was trading around $0.07 at a high at the time. How did they get saddled with shares at $0.05 with all of the $0.01 issuances being handed out. 🤭 6,450,000 shares of the reg A priced at $0.001 was issued February 7th, vested at the beginning of July. Really is no wonder that there is such a drag on the stock price. At $0.04 those converting are doing well.
