You're suggesting that two companies generating almost 30 billion annually and have a substantial cash reserve are in need of bankruptcy proceeding.

The purpose of the conservatorship was to preserve and conserve the Company’s assets and property and to put the Company into a sound and solvent condition. That's clearly been achieved. In what sense is this proceeding into a bankruptcy. This entire charade has gone against well established law and past precedent regarding how a conservatorship is designed to operate.
