The other way is also true. If the data was compelling, MHRA would have approved it many months earlier. 21+ months from MAA submission is extremely unusual. This only means application has run into major issues and NWBO hasn’t been able to respond to all the concerns. The more time this takes the lesser the chances of full approval.
