Not necessarily. Strange and wild things can happen in warrantland. They can often move when it doesn't seem like they should, or not move when it seems like they should. Plus, as Ernie hinted, a company can adjust the terms of the warrants if they want/need more cash. They could hold a board meeting and decide to extend the warrants by a year, and adjust the exercise price to $15.00, or something like that.
