What we know for sure

SAPX wants to be a film production company

SAPX is in the process of developing a state-of-the-art Dolby Atmos sound studio in Atlanta,

SAPX has a partnership with Max Zell the head of Crusher Films an American Writer, Director, and Producer.

SAPX has an agreement with Hanger Ink which might lead to SAPX acquiring Hanger Ink

Hanger's state of the art equipment can produce marketing and promotional materials, set design products such as movie prop signage, move prop billboards, movie prop vehicles wraps and much more.

Starz at the very least there is documented evidence (in SAPX’s own SEC filing) that SAPX has (or had) a contractual arrangement with Starz (via Lionsgate / Starz Media LLC) under which Starz would receive exclusive distribution rights to certain filmed assets of SAPX through 2034.

There’s evidence that Starz is looking for / developing new original programming. I found multiple clues from their recent moves that suggest they’re actively seeking fresh content.

The Speculation and the key questions.

We know why SAPX has a deal with Starz, to lease a couple of films with the hope of leashing more.

With all the other better equip established film studios to choose from why did Max Zell choose new comer SAPX to work with on a 50 million dollar project?

Could it be that Max Zell has an understanding with Starz as well? With his understanding being for him to produce original content long term to Starz.

If so, Max Zell would need his own studio, one that was able to film, create music, for the film, provide props for production, capable of post production and promote a finished project..

Based on the players in this story is it really that farfetched to believe that MaX Zell and Crusher Films, will either take over or become a part of SAPX to transform into an independent Movie Studio on it's own providing Starz with years of original programing.

Max Zell claims to not only have not one movie but 2 movies starting with WWE Braun Strowman as the lead under agreement.

After a successful theater run by the first movie, along with the rabid following of anything WWE,, what would Starz pay for exclusive streaming rights to such a property with the promoting ability of the movies sequel to bring new eyes to what Starz offers?
