But someone reading the first page of the 10Q would think that 825M is correct.

No, the first page shows the OS as being 865,218,631 shares. Yet the number of shares in the OS listed on page 5 of the latest 10Q show an increase of 100M shares to 925,218,631!

That is the TYPICAL subterfuge used by Linda Perry and DBMM all the time.

They use some little trick to make the shareholders think that they don't intend to increase the OS by 100M shares, even though they have ALREADY COMMITTED those shares to be given out!

And THAT is EXACTLY why the actual share numbers in the last 10Q show the 100M share increase. It's been promised and IT WILL HAPPEN. And you can bet that when the final shares are given out, that DBMM will NOT EVEN MENTION IT. They will once again hide the truth from shareholders.

In fact, it would not surprise me to learn that the extra 60M shares have ALREADY BEEN given out, and it will be reflected in the Q1 filing for 2026.
