Well, the $50M Yorkville deal ends December 2026 so wouldn’t it be interesting if LP accesses that right after the Advent deal closes? Perhaps they’re the ones applying the pressure to bring Advent into the fold because there’s no money to be made with the stock moving at fractions.

Those warrants may be old but they’re considered “financiers” in my book and still have some pull. True about the share count but that doesn’t mean there aren’t some large holders hidden away.
