Jesster, in my opinion, aside from a potential approval, most of the PRs over the past two years haven't really had any impact on the share price. There’s simply no hype or widespread interest in this stock right now, and the broader market isn't paying attention to what’s happening here.
Whenever a PR is released, the initial buying mostly comes from us or a few big investors who might scoop up a couple million shares. But within a few days, that buying pressure fades. Then, if the company or its investors use the opportunity to dilute, the share price just falls back to the level the market thinks it's worth — based on fundamentals.
I agree, and we all know, that manipulation has occurred in the past — that's why the company is paying for legal support. But I firmly believe manipulation is not the reason this stock isn’t going up now. Here’s what I think it will take:

* MHRA approval – this is essential to trigger a meaningful move in the share price.
* Buyout or strategic partnership – this would also drive real value and attention.

Without either of these, I don’t see the share price moving up even a penny.
