I was always of the opinion an IPO that is this complicated can't be done earlier than Spring 2026. Then we heard another wrinkle that FNMA & FMCC may get 'Merged' first. Now, with this new Wrinkles of Fed Govt Shutdown, Argentine Crisis, Trump / Bessent getting Busy First with Plans/Actions needed to get the Mtg Rates Down etc. to re-start the Housing Mkt, it definitely looks more so and can be pushed further down into Late Spring/Early Summer 2026...GLTU & GLTA!
