Stories are saying Trump is not willing to meet with Dems to discuss the budget so a shutdown looks likely. Thoughts on how this impacts the F2 process? On one hand I think that gives Bessent time while Congress dukes it out. On the other hand, I think Bessent may need to get deeply involved. Having a great argument with myself on this one.
