Have you considered that based on the lack of updates from the company, maybe they AREN'T concerned over naked shorting?
Just maybe they ARE concerned with share dumping, but can't find the interest from anyone to buy those shares?

FWIW, I can't recall seeing a stock that would be so easy to run a pump and dump on.
