Linda knew about big pharma influence on FDA and she knew about the subjective nature of BLA decision making. Over the years this message board has discussed people that have been compromised and issues that have played out at FDA that required some changes in this regard. The SEC and FINRA are others that have been chummy with Wall Street powerhouses. So there is a lawsuit against the Wall Street perps and avoidance of FDA until they can no longer be leveraged against NWBO under the cover of subjective decision making at which time Edens will also be ready for a major scale ramp up. More time but also more certainty and the little guys need certainty and the ability to overcome the time issue in order to succeed. Linda has brought the company through the time issue. Now the greater certainty strategy of channeling through less compromised waters plays out even though taking more time than hoped for by most of not all longs; ). Best wishes.
