I’ve brought up the lack of annual meetings before. This is a company registered in the state of Florida and Florida REQUIRES annual meetings be held.

DBMM has NEVER had an annual meeting with shareholders in attendance, to my knowledge.

I believe it was Otter that stated his belief that somewhere in one of the 10K’s (or possibly an 8K), the executives came up with a way to not have the annual meetings.

As far as the “due diligence” supposedly done by longs here? It is purely based on fluffy wording in both the “Investor Updates” or on the “MD&A” sections of the financials. We all know that the information stated there is pure eyewash - fluffy and rosy information and projections that NEVER EVER seems to come true. Linda and Reggie fluff things up EVERY YEAR, then fail to produce any results.

The REAL info (the NUMBERS in the financials) show the REAL story on how HORRIBLY this “company” (again, I use that terms loosely) is actually performing.

The forthcoming 10K will expose all the lies told by Linda and Reggie concerning “best ever revenue in fiscal 2025” , “expansion” into US cities, and “expansion” into other parts of the world (UAE and Asia) - all lies that were stated and then NEVER CAME TRUE.
