I have no set rule for selling but in this case if I buy at .02 and commons are $11.29 I would set my sell at $1.29 unless the commons start running up hard then I would adjust. What you need to understand is I'm greedy and I don't need the funds so I can let them run as long as they need to.

For example I have RZLVW and currently up 3708% but I'm letting them ride because I would never get them as cheap as I did and they have a 2029 expiration so I would be looking at maybe selling some at 10,000% and let the rest ride.
