Buying fractional shares is the same to me as buying high dollar value. Will get the same results of making $4.00 over 4 months. Not worth it. But thank you for the advice.
I used to have 4 shares of Fakebook when it first IPO'd. I LOST money when I sold because the MM's and whales who control the market pulled the rug ! I bought 4 shares at $49.00 and sold my 4 shares at $38.00. You lose money on these corrupted companies. That is why I don't believe many here that hype in the morning to sucker in the honest people only to sell their shares and run like the thieves they are. I will not mention names, but they lurk around boards such as Orion and these people claim stock will go to X amount. Then when people like me buy, the stock drops down the shaft. Rinse & Repeat.
