$UMAV has postponed its teleconference scheduled for September 18, 2025 due to the execution of a material event. The company advanced a $20 million LOI up to a $50 million Term Sheet for the completion of the DART SA 70-12 tether-drone airship. Also, part of the suggested Use of Proceeds, $UMAV is to purchase certain advanced optics and sensor technologies, start the build of "SKY" hangar and complete other goals and objectives.
