Hey bud, you have the wiser strategy and my holdings and average are much more the function of luck than investment savvy. I am very fortunate and I am as frustrated as anyone, but the Advent news to me created the anomaly/arbitrage opportunity of a lifetime.
Only those that truly understand LP from decades of excruciating silence in the face of endless delays, dilution, manipulation, while simultaneously getting rich off of building up and selling cognate to CRL, KNOWS deep down that she wouldn't sell Advent to NWBO for pennies on the dollar nearly 2 years after filing the MAA for DCVAX as some sort of empty gesture to shareholders (I know an argument could be made that she did it for liability reasons but I don't buy that either).
LP is a lot of things but she ain't stupid and she loves her money. Losing 50-75 million on advent is chump change if you consider that a buyout for even 20 billion would net LP 2 BILLION DOLLARS.
Only long suffering investors who understand the true value of the DCVAX platform would intuitively know that LP would never release the advent PR NOW if something HUGE wasn't already set in stone IMO.
