DTII cannot get what the late filings are for. They checked the wrong box. LOL.

One says NT 10-Q 09/15/2025 07/31/2025

Form 11 does not apply to DTII. Form 11 is for " Annual reports of employee stock purchase, savings and similar plans pursuant to Section 15(d) ".

Too funny. It is for the Quarter ended 7/31/2025 late filing NOT form11.
