Danny you are correct that buybacks are subject to the same insider trading rules as individuals based on a prior conversation I had with Janet. One other thing to note is that the company is also able to buy back, and does so, under a pre arranged trading plan just as the 105b plans like individuals to avoid the appearance of insider trading. The rule number may be different but I believe that is how the company is buying back its shares, under a pre arranged trading plan.
