I never got my response because I made it very clear to them with facts that they have been constantly lying all along.

It is possible that BNCM used Delex name to create a hype (merger pump) and then to dilute shares where both parties can make money and move on with an R/S at the end Rinse and Repeat strategy.

Now I wonder why would they keep making BNCM letters looks colorful on their website when it should be a ticker symbol to go away with the name change. Meaning they have no intention to do so.

Nothing more expected to come good from this one. IMO!

Again, no contact from DELEX side was ever given to the shareholders...that tells you something.

Hope i am wrong...but it doesn't seem that way.

Same Hata, Vic and Filipinos scam to me as I have warned others to be careful.

Let's hope not...wishful thinking keeps coming as we all have money invested here 🙏 😁
