My response from Mr. Hata via email dated 9/9/25
The processing for the name change and ticker change is already being forwarded to the board members of Delex and BNCM . There is a whole series of documents to be prepared and signed by both parties and are aware of the importance of completing them expediently.
The team is also currently managing the various expansion and integration plans in preparation for the name change and ticker change.
So according to his response (which seems to be redundant) means both parties still have not completed the necessary documents for signature and I guess not presented to FINRA for application. He did not mention FINRA at all. He did not mention any infor on an audit present or future. Its like a lot of talk with no action , I dont understand why both parties mention what they propose to do and set timelines , then dont follow thru.
So as it stand at the moment .....no ticker/name change , no Finra application , No reg A , No audit ...14 months and counting, which leaves me based on the above mentioned to question or put in doubt that maybe something just not right based on the delays ..could be wrong ...going to leave what I have in Delex , let it ride got my sell price set , tired of wasting my time on Delex/BNCM , got better things t look at .
