Patel should be fired for a lot of reasons.

200 yards is the length of 2 football fields back-to-back. If I put a target on the end of one and then walked to the top of the other and fired, I am not at all sure I would hit it. If there were people anywhere near it, I wouldn't even consider trying. *Might* be different if I were using a scope, which I do not have. I am somewhat accurate with a hand gun at a shorter distance.
