Best case:

we are getting tissue agnostic approval along with rolling out flaskworks asap (8% chance)

Likely case:

We F'ed up the submission and its taking forever to unravel the mess we submitted (82% chance IMO)

Worse case:

MHRA is compromised - we hopefully have a plan B (10%)
