With Direct all you need is a solid tumor target. Donor source would likely need to be modified for blood born antigen targets as the leukapheresis required would already have many of the needed monocytes that were exposed to cancer signaling before harvesting. This is where compatible donors will likely come into play down the road and this is already mentioned in the patents. If talking about solid tumor micro metastases, a primary tumor would be needed as a target first. If still talking about L, that process always requires a tumor source. Best wishes.
