I also hear you Kab and I believe that your caution concerning NWBO's future
is justified.

However, I have the feeling that even without a major partnership, NWBO will
perhaps struggle the first year after approval but the company will survive.
At a minimum I visualize that the company can treat 1000 UK patients and at
a net of $100,00 profit per patient, could receive $100M during that first year.
I say that because I am sure that most of the UK neurooncologists have
heard of this treatment and even Parliament has for some time been waiting for
approval of DCVax-L.

It will probably take about one year after the first UK patients are treated, for
the efficacy of the DCVax-L treatment to become apparent and that will have a
snowball effect on subsequent patient recruitment. By the end of this first treatment
year, I would expect an abundance of patients with pseudo-progression but very few
deaths. That would be the best advertisement for an increasing patient recruitment.

A partnership, great trial results or money from the lawsuit would be icing on the cake but
even without those, NWBO will survive until one or more of those catalysts become reality.
