Only if you assume approval is dead certain, which I don't, except to the extent that my money in this is screwed if it doesn't. If the approval is not forthcoming and this deal doesn't close that would be a horrible mess imo. Yeah, it pretty much has to be coming but that's not a logical certainty is it?
