Just to make it clear, correct me if I'm wrong but there is no certain 'if' and certainly no 'when' in the PR: "with potential acceleration after regulatory approval of the Company’s DCVax®-L product". The total amount due might be as much as $10M. It's possible that LP would be OK making that payoff (to herself) immediately after the MAA is approved and the stock appreciates accordingly, IF she has any deal in the works pending the approval (which it's true could just be a dilutive financing for that $10M plus alpha) she would probably wait on the payoff until she closes on the money deal. That deal, which again might be just a straight-up cash raise, would certainly be greased by having NW own Advent and that is fairly certainly why the Advent deal has been announced now, IMO.
