Someone is making wings for lunch. I'm making dinner:

Creole Seafood Fettuccine Alfredo

(I don't have the crab meat but plenty of crawfish so I'll increase proportionately)

Makes: 4 - 6 servings
Prep Time: 30 minutes
Cook Time: 45 minutes
Ready In: 1 hour, 15 minutes

Ingredients
8 jumbo shrimp
1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
1/4 cup garlic butter
1/4 pound cooked crawfish tails
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 pound lump crabmeat
1/4 can Parmesan cheese
salt, white pepper, red pepper to taste
few drops of LA Hot Sauce
1 pound cooked fettucine noodles
fresh parsley

Directions
Sauté shrimp and chives in garlic butter on medium heat. When shrimp is almost cooked, add the crawfish tails, mushrooms and cook until shrimp are done. After shrimp are completely cooked, add sour cream and heavy cream. Mix together well and add noodles. Mix again then gently fold in the crab meat. Add the Parmesan cheese. Season to taste with salt, white pepper, red pepper and the hot sauce. Serve over fettuccine and garnish with parsley.
