This looks like Taiwan, specifically on a Taiwan High Speed Rail (THSR) train.

Why: the seat labels show Traditional Chinese characters—e.g., “?? / ?? / ??” (window/center/aisle)—alongside English, which is standard on THSR. The interior (teal patterned seats, 2+3 seating with white headrest covers, green safety placards) also matches THSR cars.
