Shareholders are paying for it.
Management continues losing money for the shareholders. The company doesn't bring in net income for the shareholders but it keeps taking their dollars.
The company is losing far more money per year than the company's annual sales (and probably will always be the case, until BK). Dilution has taken another big spike upward. And surprise! the price per share has again plummeted, down from $4.40 per share today to under $2.50 per share by closing.
Ben Carson once said "Dilution is the solution to pollution". The upper management considers shareholders as pollution (since they keep diluting existing shareholders). Beware.
