Many here have been skeptical of the P2B/3 trial design, etc. Apparently it is at this juncture (in this step of the process) that the two groups of people who are reviewing the application will delve into trial design, data sources, analytic plan, analytic methodology, biases, so this step will be the most rigorous testing of blarcamesine from a third body that it has ever had. This is where the rubber meets the road guys. Pray please - if they pass this, blarcamesine will have overcome a HUGE step.
