Bas,

I really don't believe that substantial equity will be involved in a partnership until a partner justifies paying at least low double digit prices for the stock. Doesn't mean we won't have a partner, I believe we will, but it will be to run joint trials, which will give the company further credibility, but if there is an equity agreement it will be based on some future event or threshold being achieved.

As for the need, if NWBO were to manage achieving regulatory approval worldwide without an equity partner, I believe the company would be well positioned to go it alone if that was what they choose. Unlike a BP which needs to invest hundreds of millions or more in a major production facility to mass produce its product, NWBO potentially could make an EDEN Unit each time a vial of vaccine was needed, and potentially make money for doing so.

Of course NWBO doesn't need a new EDEN for each use, just an existing one and a new disposable cassette, but the point is that with hub and spoke distribution authorized worldwide there are probably tens to hundreds of thousands of sites that potentially have all that's needed to utilize an EDEN Unit on site.

When I initially was treated for leukemia much of my initial treatment came at Tower Oncology, now owned by Cedars, but a substantial place by itself. I'm not certain, but believe it's possible they have their own cleanroom, I'm almost certain they had cryogenic capability, so what I'm saying is in every case, even a hospital may not be required. Certainly Cedars had all these capabilities as did City of Hope and many other places in Los Angeles.

Ours can be a very different business plan than what BP's do. Every EDEN Unit can be monitored by the company over the net, but they can be operating all over the world in hubs and spokes that make and handle the vaccine in locations that are near the patient being treated.

I don't know that this is how it will be done, but at least in the UK we now know it's possible. I believe it's a model that potentially could work all over the world and the beauty of it is not requiring major construction for new manufacturing sites.

Believe me, I'd welcome an equity partner who'd pay a double digit price for the shares. As to how quickly that happens, let's see what LP has to unroll beyond UK approval. I believe that dependent on the news virtually any price is possible by the end of the year. At any price above $5 a partnership could be agreed upon at $10. I believe LP wants more than that, but as I see it we enter the realm of possibilities when $5 or more is achieved.

It should be noted that a share price of $5 only represents about a $3 billion market cap, I believe far more than that is justified if after UK approval investors believe expansion to much of the world won't take that much longer. It's all about the news after the UK approval.
