The perfect timing for retail would be announcing approval near the middle to end of September for the first boost by them. Then the start of a new quarter allows institutions time to get in and out by the new year if the price is not holding over $5 or so. This should be no problem with additional news from partnership or other and uplisting. This is just a wish list of sorts as approval is on its own schedule but once approval hits along with the beginning of a new quarter, the timing likely works out best. Best wishes.
