Well, AF should be part of the discovery process since the defendants (HFs/MMs) pointed to his article for their reason to short. They basically threw him under the bus. Let's hope they can find evidence of the nefarious relationship (i.e. hired gun), he's found guilty and his life of corruption is brought to an end.
