Our CEO will arrive in the capital on Tuesday to continue discussions with officials.”
It's because their tweet about the FID could be read as misleading the public (there was an error on the EO # too)...they tweeted this to CYA before the halt. They specifically spell out government funding. If they had a private institution buying...there would be no reason for them to mention government funding in their tweet, unless the capital raise was GVT funding.
If there was zero prospect of any government funding, there is absolutely zero obligation for them to say this specifically.
