All good questions......and the answer will not be found in filings. Normally, with legit mining companies, ownership or lease info is clearly spelled out. The parties involved are clearly identified, the lease or concession is clearly identified, the terms are clearly identified. Investors like to know that kind of stuff (normally). Not so much with an OTC scam like BMXI, most investors don't seem to care (or know enough about mining to care).

Nils has been running this same game for years with BRNE and several other shell companies....claiming they are mining, creating revenue, etc. In fact, it appears that the mining is either completely fictional (in the case of coal mines that BRNE was promoting) or the operations have no actual relationship to the company.
