I don't see capital raise for this company as a problem. Terms are something that should be watched. Toxic funders charge 30% plus a wad of shares, they do not need those types. If this company was transparent and needed funding I know it will not be a problem. If they needed a line of credit it is available to them. Could not get any shares at the bid, moved to the ask and got a pittance... this game may go on for a while.
