NWBO Shareholder approval is not required (and Advent is private).

I believe this will be a required disclosure in an 8K as a 20%+ significant acquisition. So expect that in a couple days. For reg FD purposes, a broadly issued PR was OK. (Edit, maybe no 8K disclosure needed until closing).

Assuming this deal does meet the 20% significance test (based on assets in this case), we should also see some financial information in the coming months. Maybe a clue to the mystery Specials revenue.

BTW, at the end of 2023 Advent did have $25M short term debt that NWBO will acquire, but IMO, that is modest in comparison to what NWBO gets out of the deal.
