Yes, Bas, I think not much will change immediately except that the middle man, Tuscan, is gone. It is as Linda in the PR said so very plainly:

commented Linda Powers: "We believe this is an opportune time to join forces under one roof, integrating our teams, streamlining our processes, increasing our efficiency and preparing for potential substantial scale-up of our capacity."

I suppose top management of Advent could move over into NWBO management, particularly with the untimely death of Les Goldman. It actually makes sense. Linda likes to keep a tight circle of known DCVax-L supporters in all management positions.

And why in the world would NWBO need to "scale up ..our capacity" ????
