LP is busy with Toucan, Advent and reportedly other boards she sits on and Innes is not qualified.
It's likely that Les was the backbone of legal matters, B to B negotiations and all the financing deals. There are about 22 total employees, most of which are likely admin and scientist types.
This company has been run like family business for so long, gonna be real hard to let in an outsider who may not like what they see behind the curtain.
Maybe they will bring in someone from Advent, already familiar with the family business? NWBO doesn't seem to have a deep bench WRT replacing Les.
