Company announced $500,000 share buyback @ 0.05 max, cash funded by the $2 Million J.J. Astor debt facility initiated two days prior to the buyback announcement.

First $500,000 tranche from JJAstor by June 30, 2025, and no buybacking since now two months from the buyback announcement.


Reg-A initially $500,000, now $250,000, in shares @ 0.02
