Shares extremely tight. Evidence in recent SEC filings.

Let's see how much "due diligence" credit I get for posting something that everyone else missed.

The number of vested options blocked has increased from 153 million to 183 million to 215 million. Extending the blocking beyond Linda and Les indicates that continued share issuance required attention to this matter.

Starting in May, the blocker language changed to include: "restriction that the options may only be exercised if the Company has sufficient authorized shares available for issuance"

It is critical that Sue Goldman (assuming she inherits Les' options and warrants) be willing to extend the blocking on those securities.
