Could good points. The question about management’s stupid decisions is one we may never know the answer to. Some of those were so seemingly stupid we have to speculate that there were some ulterior reasons for their decisions. Were they protecting someone or something? Keep thinking that Marjac and North had such a great case and presentation. So much better than that high faloutin (sp) lawyer they hired in their appeal.
