MMs aren't letting it pass .01. Roadblocks on the Ask at .0094. They just keep lowering the Ask. Certainly won't see .05 or 500% until certification and if no sales contracts soon follow it'll get dumped back down. Xeri needs to do a lot in order for the pps to move up steadily.
