I supervised a holding company team for many years at a Fortune 500 company responsible for all the SEC filings, including the Form 10-Ks. I can't tell you how many hours I have spent with company attorneys, financial underwriters, etc. finalizing all the boiler plate risk information that winds up being included. I'll put my experience level up against yours in the SEC area any day of the week. So long as AVXL is adequately patent protected in the U.S., that's all I care about. The next thing you'll bring up is lack of patent protection in China or Denmark!
